About Diverse City Care

Diverse City Care Ltd grew out of the recognition of the need for good quality individualised care services delivered by well-trained, committed, reliable staff, and that is what we provide.

At Diverse City Care Ltd, we provide high-quality domiciliary care across a wide range of needs — including dementia, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, sensory impairments, and physical disabilities.

A bit about the history/experience of the company

In 2015 two nurses with over 50 years clinical experience between them decided to set up a homecare training agency. They trained care-workers with the aim of placing them in appropriate roles. They found that the care-workers they were training were often unhappy with the care companies they were working for.

What they experienced was poor leadership incompetence and companies that had the sole aim of making profits rather than providing a high quality service. The founders of Diverse City Care found this both heart-breaking and unacceptable; for this reason in 2018 they set up a care company to provide the competent  care they felt was missing in Birmingham.
